For me the best use is for bananas. The best way to do it is: 1. Peel and cut the bananas in half and put the wooden stick and let them freeze for at least one day. 2. The next day cut out the amount of chocolate you will need and put it in a small pot and let it melt in super slow temperature and once it is melted pour with a spoon over the frozen banana 1 by 1 and put the banana back into the freezer @ least for 30 min so the chocolate stick super good and if you want you can pour chopped nuts right after your pour the chocolate.
