To me, this is what chocolate should taste like! It’s annoying that they crumble and pieces can get everywhere, however they are made to be broken and used as a topping (ice cream, yogurt) and I’m trying to eat them as a candy bar. Hahaha! Highly recommend as the chocolate melts in your mouth!Eaten since I was a kidBest candy ever. Been trying to find in the states for a while so glad it’s on Amazon :)Once opened the package the chocolate was literally in pieces. I guess to be expected considering the product. Tasted great thoughGot this for my boys it's great better than I thought I would get. The delivery did arrive in my mailbox without a delivery report and heated up but I put to the side and it didn't lose its shape or taste. Chocolate like this needs better delivery skills from the seller this was just not smartI thought I got a deal because they are a bit expensive at my grocery store but these were the small size ones. No complaints though, the chocolates are always yummy! There is nothing like it, pure chocolate heaven from across the pond. Will need to order more of these. The one disappointment was that almost all of the bars were broken. This wouldn't be bad, but they leave so many chards. I guess the journey is a long and bumpy one!My my husbands father was from Wales and they grew up eating this in the UK a lot! I have never seen it in America, so it takes a little longer to ship from England but, so worth it!The Crumbliest Flakiest Chocolate Turned into the Tiniest Flakiest ChocolateWhat happened to these things size wise? Is it:1.) When I was a kid everything seemed so much bigger because I was so much smaller?2.) Because the product weight has halved since I was a young boy?The answer is number 2. Let’s shrink the product by 50% and keep the price reasonable. That way the muppets think they are getting a great deal, and that inflation doesn’t apply to Cadbury chocolate, but in actual fact it gives us double the product to sell, which equates to double the profits.2 bites per flake means a 4 pack gives us just 8 measly bites. £1 per pack means we pay 12.5p per bite or (PPB – if you like industry acronyms). Given these facts, the value is not all it is cracked up to be.Good work Cadbury. I can’t wait until the year 2030 when us plebs can have a single lick of a flake for today’s reasonable prices.Who doesn't like a Flake?? Though you'll probably need to eat an whole pack in one go to actually feel like you've eaten one compared to how big they used to be!!Terrible. I love Cadbury’s so I ordered two packs because I could have it as a bar or in an ice cream. The packaged flakes were put into a cardboard envelope to be sent to me. When I opened all the packs the flakes were smashed to bits. Not even a stick of flake to put on an ice cream and it made a massive mess. I wouldn’t sent this as a gift and I wouldn’t recommend buying it from here. Go to the shop instead. As you would expect from a flake, these are crumbly and flakey and the chocolate melts in your mouth as you eat it. Mine all arrived in one piece and did their usual good job of leaving flakes of chocolate everywhere as I tried to eat them; it’s all part of the fun of flakes, of course! These are quite small bars, not as small as snack sized ones, but only about an index finger in length. Big enough to satiate any desire for chocolate, but not so large that you scupper your diet, as long as you can stop after eating just one, of course.I will get again, of course, as I have so many times in the past.Delicious chocolate which brittles after each bite. The chocolate itself is super tasty and I could easily have the whole packet in a day (which I did). The satisfying taste seems to be how it's always been.Having a flake followed by a crunchie is heaven to me.Note: because of how brittle this flake bar is you'll still end up with crumbs around which melt really quick into whatever it falls, so just be a bit careful to not spoil anything expensive unless you like to clean.
