Chocolate Cortés is real chocolate made out of Caribbean cocoa, is the perfect beverage for a cold winter day. You can cook it the traditional way, adding a portion of the bar for one cup in a small saucepan with milk or water in a low flame until liquified. In microwave, break one portion and place it in the microwave safe-container with some milk or water for 45 seconds or until liquified. Then add a cup of milk or water and heat for 2 minutes, stir and serve.
