I was intrigued to try Raaka's non-dairy "milk chocolate" as soon as I saw it; it's hard to find a good vegan milk chocolate.Generally I prefer dark chocolate but sometimes I want something more like "candy" or that's reminiscent of the milk chocolate I had growing up. This does the trick. It's super creamy, immediately melted in my mouth and had no weird aftertastes or textural qualities like some other vegan milk chocolates I've tried. The coconut flavor is present but not overpowering; think coconut milk not coconut shreds. I know a lot of chocolatiers and it's not easy to do a vegan milk chocolate; great job Raaka!
