These are delicious, and most people exaggerated the "GAS" issue. I haven't had it at least. It will vary for EVERYONE'S digestive system. Some will have it at first, and then it vanishes, others might not have any gas, or bloating problems. Some people have digestive problems, more often, and naturally, and if that is the case, you probably shouldn't eat one. However, you decide what your body can take, and can't at all.To avoid gas:1. Chew thoroughly and completely before swallowing.2. Drink a full glass of water with each bar.3. Watch what you eat before and after this bar.4 Try eating one a day. (I sometimes, eat one in the morning, and another at night with several hours apart.)This bar packs more than enough fiber to keep your digestive system running smoothly during the day, and you will notice changes. Maybe you might have gas after one, or not at all. Once your body is used to this new "fiber" amount, you will then not have this issue. Why would you eat more than one, or even two bars a day anyway? It has plenty of fiber in one bar. If you're looking for a snack box full of gas bars, go look for "Chewies", and devour more than a few a day. You'll still get gas from those. Fiber One bars are healthier. The most anyone needs is just one a day, but another late at night sometimes will never hurt. I can at least say, I never had any gas issues.
